What "precision" means here
Precision is not a machine; it is a measured result. We hold ±0.003 mm on milling and ±0.002 mm on turning and grinding, and we prove it with a CMM first-article report on every order, not with an adjective. If your drawing calls out tight bores, thin walls or a surface finish that has to mate, tell us the tolerance and we will tell you — before you pay — whether we can hold it and how we will check it.

- ISO 9001:2015 — quality management system.
- IATF 16949:2016 — automotive quality management, excluding 8.3 product design. We do not do product design; the drawing is yours.
- ISO 14001:2015 — environmental management.
We do not hold AS9100 or NADCAP. If your part needs those, tell us up front and we will say so before you commit.
We've been a precision CNC machine shop in Dongguan since 2005. The legal entity on your invoices is Dongguan Zhuohang Ltd, and our registered trade name is Zhuohang Precision Machining Factory. Long-term customers may still know us as Zhuohang Precision Machining Factory — the original name on their earliest contracts and NDAs.
Questions buyers ask before they quote
Can you machine a single piece, or do I need a minimum order?
One piece is fine. Our MOQ is 1, and every order — including a single prototype — gets a first-article inspection so the report travels with the part.
Which countries do you ship to?
In short, Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom in Europe; Brazil, Canada, Mexico and the United States in the Americas; China, Israel, Japan, Singapore and Sri Lanka in Asia; Australia and New Zealand in Oceania; and South Africa in Africa — plus other countries and regions worldwide, shipped from our base in Dongguan, China.
How do you verify tolerances?
Every order gets a first-article inspection on our CMM, and the dimensional report travels with the part. For production runs we run SPC on critical characteristics and report Cpk — you can ask for the data, not just the claim.
